At Odense Port, there is rapid development. Our customers are growing, and more companies are joining.

To meet the growing demand for hall facilities, we are now constructing our largest hall project to date: 10,000 sqm of new production and logistics halls ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 sqm.

The construction allows for flexible solutions, enabling the halls to be tailored to specific needs.

This creates optimal opportunities for subcontractors in industries such as maritime or offshore wind to ride the wave of growth – and connect with new partners in Denmark’s largest green industrial cluster.

The halls will be ready for occupancy in May 2025.

Premises for rent at Odense Dry Port

In the summer of 2022, Odense Port acquired the former experimental nursery at Årslev of nearly 100 hectares in order to establish Odense Dry Port - Denmark's largest logistics and storage centre. Until 30th September 2026, it will be possible to rent the existing buildings for a limited period of time, divided into office/welfare and warehouse/garage.
